Policy for Consecutive Days Worked
Hey, during non peak week, I was scheduled and worked 6 days in a row. All of them within the same pay period... When doing schedules I've heard managers say they cannot schedule 6+ days in a row cause it raises flags at home office. However I worked it....
The next week I got 5 days off Consecutive and I was about to enjoy those, clocked in today (last day before 5 day vacation)... And I was told I was late clocking in. Someone changed my schedule to have me come in at 9am instead of 10am. And low and behold all my days off that I had plans for were filled with BS shifts like 3-9pm, 9am-2pm...
What's the policy for Consecutive Days worked? And days off? I searched the wire but couldn't find anything. Also about these days off, someone changed my schedule without my consent because I had no knowledge of this, nor did I request it... Also this new schedule puts me over my maximum requested hours.

I've told my management team I DO NOT want hours. As I'm focusing on school and extra study time helps. I've saved up for 3 straight years with this company for this cushion to pay for school. I'm livid. I havent had a day off in years, and I'm just done getting pood on. Supposedly an assistant manager is going to look at the schedule a bit later today. But I want to be prepared with Walmart policy. If they hit me with 'its against policy to be off for more then 3 days in a row. I'll hit them with its also against policy to make me work 6 days in a row' with citations. /rant
