I'm just a little confused at how to claim the code for the golden loot box, for some reason after connecting my Amazon Prime (and BattleNet) to Twitch I'm unable to claim the code. At the very top of the 'Free with Prime' promotions is the Overwatch - Golden Loot Box but all it says is 'Learn More' not claim code or anything.
Any help figuring this out would be appreciated.

Go to Battle Net Launcher, and there should be a button to claim a code.

I had the same problem, but this happened to me on mobile. I moved to my computer and I got the code.

For twitch, on pc: Click on the golden lootblx icon and if you can redeem it the code should be in the very bottom right corner. I've noticed that it was a bit buggy on mobile so beware of that.
To redeem it on battle.net you need to go to your account management panel on the site where you can see your games and go into the games/codes tab and click on redeem code.

What do you mean by 'go to promo'? Im having the same issue where there is only a learn more button
